Bebe Rexha has been a champion of body positivity, and her red carpet moment at the MTV VMAs on Monday night was no different.
The singer wowed in a metallic silver gown covered in cut-outs, which she revealed had been made by Christian Siriano just two hours before the show.
"I picked out this VMA look two hours ago," Rexha told Access Hollywood on the red carpet. "I'm wearing Christian Siriano, he showed up two hours ago and literally made this."
The 29-year-old singer's publicist confirmed to Insider on the red carpet that Rexha's dress was made on Monday, adding "everything happened today" from the first fitting to the red carpet.
Rexha, who said she needed a last-minute look because of her hectic touring schedule with the Jonas Brothers, said that she loved wearing Siriano because he's "so incredible, so inclusive."
"He loves everybody's body type and I so appreciate that," she added of the former Project Runway winner.
Rexha, who has been outspoken about body positivity and how women are treated in the music industry, said she loves "all body types."
"Everybody is not a size zero and there's nothing wrong with that," she continued. "I'm a curvy girl. I grew up thinking I had to be a pop star that was super skinny, I'm not that."
