Body of second brother who died jumping off ‘Jaws’ bridge recovered

A shell fisherman discovered the body of 21-year-old Tavaughn Bulgin on Thursday in a pond under the Jaws Bridge, from which he and brother Tavaris Bulgin, 26, had jumped to their deaths on Sunday.
