Driver accused of plowing into Pennsylvania crowd says ‘sorry’ on way to court

The driver who allegedly killed one person and wounded 17 others when he rammed his car through a crowd in Pennsylvania — before fleeing and slaying a woman in a nearby town — said “sorry” as cops took him to his court appearance Sunday.
